Freelance Marketplace Specialist. Part-time, UAE-based.

Widget System is an Amazon SPN-listed agency in Al Garhoud, Dubai, in business since 2015. We are looking for a freelance specialist in the UAE to run two to three client accounts across Amazon and the other GCC marketplaces, for about 20 hours a week.

At a glance

What you own

Listings: titles, bullets, attributes and keyword research for Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa and the other marketplaces your accounts sell on.
Catalogue: variations, category mapping, bulk uploads and clean product data.
Advertising: campaign structure, negative keywords, bids, ACoS.
Account health: daily metric checks, suppressions, returns and cancellations.
A short weekly snapshot per account for our Dubai team.

What you need

Two or more years running marketplace accounts yourself.
Amazon, plus at least one of Noon, Namshi or Trendyol.
Based in the UAE and able to invoice us as a freelancer, with a valid UAE freelance permit or trade licence.
Strong written English and comfort in spreadsheets.
A portfolio. Non-negotiable: see below.

Nice to have: Arabic, Shopify or WooCommerce, Canva or Photoshop.

Portfolio

Show us real work: accounts you managed, listings you rewrote, campaigns you restructured, with measurable results. Redact client names and confidential figures; percentages are enough. No portfolio link means the application is marked incomplete and is not reviewed.

How we screen

Four checks, in this order: portfolio, two years of experience, UAE-based, Amazon plus one other GCC marketplace. Clear all four and we arrange a call. We reply within ten working days; if you have not heard from us by then, the role has gone to someone else.
